Our facility demonstrates sub-surface stormwater infiltration (Trench 35), closed-loop hydronic pasteurization, and agricultural thermal storage.
The facility
Trench 35 is a dry upper culvert for 250 kcmil three-phase power, fiber, and pasteurization lines, stacked over a sealed reservoir held at 140°F. Heat from that loop runs the agricultural high tunnel. The light-gauge steel — poles, pump housings, tunnel trusses, and the telecom mast — is formed on site.
